To be entered into the contest you MUST buy an advanced ticket to Woodfish’s show on Sept. 4th either directly through a Woodfish member or through the Woodfish website at www.woodfishmusic.com/shows. Buying a ticket through any other means will not enter you in the giveaway.
Each ticket purchased in the two ways previously described will also include one chance to win the Best Buy gift card.
The number of tickets (chances) you can purchase is unlimited.
You do not have to be present to win. Woodfish understands that sometimes people would rather pay more money on the day of the show than buy an advanced ticket because sometimes fans are not sure if they are going to be able to make a performance on a specific date. All participants will need to provide a mailing address during the purchase of the tickets. The billing address will be used for those who purchase through the Woodfish website, however all tickets purchased online will be left “Will Call” at the Stone Pony entrance. This means that we don’t mail you the ticket. You simply show up at the door on the day of the show, show your ID and tell them you have a ticket waiting for you.
The PRIZE:
Luke will announce the winner during Woodfish’s performance on Sept 4th 2010. The beginning balance of the card will be $50. This will be considered stage 1 of the giveaway. Woodfish will purchase one $50 gift card. However, after the number chances given out (or advanced tickets sold) has reached 50, stage 2 of the giveaway will kick in and the balance of the gift card will begin to increase $2 for each ticket purchased after the initial 50 tickets. For example, if the total amount of advanced tickets sold turns out to be 75 the gift card will be $100. If the total amount of tickets rises to 100 advanced tickets sold, stage 3 of the give away will kick in and balance of the gift card will begin to increase $3 for each ticket purchased after the initial 100 tickets. This mean that our fans can help participate in raising the balance of the card by spreading the word and helping us to sell a large amount of tickets. The more tickets sold the higher the gift card amount will be so SPREAD THE WORD and tell your friends to purchase tickets at www.woodfishmusic.com
Follow these steps to order tickets and be entered into the give away.
1. Click on the PayPal icon under the ticket price.
2. Notice a pop up window will open that gives you an order entry form.
3. Enter the number of tickets into the quantity field
4. Click the Check Out button.
5. On the next page look for a link that says "Pay with a debit or credit card"
6. Click the "Pay with a debit or credit card" on that link.
7. Notice that this is a secure page that get encrypted.
8. Enter all of your credit card information here along with your shipping address info. BE SURE TO ENTER YOU ADDRESS INFO BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT ENTERS YOU IN THE GIVE AWAY CONTEST.
9. Click the Review and Continue button, verify your info and submit it.
10. All you need to do then is show up at the Stone Pony entrance, tell them your name and that you have tickets waiting "Will Call". Then go in and rock out with Woodfish
